As dancers, our bodies are our instruments - without them we can’t perform, or even make a living. This is why it’s so important to look after and respect them. To The Pointe Physiotherapy will help you do just this, from injury rehabilitation to injury prevention and everything in between.
To The Pointe Physiotherapy will help you recover from existing injuries, whilst making you stronger to reduce risk of future injuries. We also offer flexibility assessments to improve your mobility in a SAFE and EFFECTIVE way. Furthermore we offer teacher workshops to educate dance teachers in how they can be incorporating all of this into their classes.
The biggest difference you will get from us at To The Pointe Physiotherapy is a deep understanding of what it means to you and your body to be a dancer. As a dancer myself it means I have first hand knowledge of the turmoil we put ourselves through to achieve this amazing, athletic creativeness on stage.
